Excellent staff from front desk to restaurant bus staff to housekeeping to management. Exceptionally nice location for Green Bay, near the main areas, and the amusement park. Very convenient to Bay City Baptist. This hotel is highly rated for its superb staff, fantastic location in Green Bay near main attractions, and convenient proximity to Bay City Baptist.

The hotel had many kids night and day running down the hallways yelling.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast with delicious cook-to-order omelets and a wide variety of options.

Our son really enjoyed the water area. We will stay again for that.
We did not like the smoking area right outside the front door. Yuck! Water was kinda cold in the pool area. :(

I had a nice trip. This hotel offers perfectly clean rooms with a couch. The location is handy and good. The personnel is pleasant. The property is in a great swimming area. The attached restaurant is nice for the price

I didn't like finding prescription medicine on the floor of our room!! Thankfully I found it and not my 1 year old. Completely inexcusable!! The manager was not genuine in her concern and simply deducted $25 from the bill without any type of follow up. The cleaning staff was obviously lazy and not concerned about cleanliness. Every single time I also had to put the garbage bag in myself as they would only lay it over the top. Pure laziness and lack of concern all around.

The room here comes with a big TV, great for watching all your favorite shows 📺, as well as a microwave and fridge for snacks and drinks. Plus, the bed is super comfy for a good night's sleep!

Water park perfect for families with small children. Rooms very comfortable. Provided lunch boxes free as the resturant was closed. Breakfast was fabulous! Better than some buffets I have been to.:-)

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with kids screaming and a mini fridge, as for instance and got it upon arrival. The hotel has handy and particularly good location adjacent to the stadium, the amusement park, and restaurant. Furthermore, in the area worth walking to.
